		HonHai Group Common Learning Platform In order to promote employee learning quality and technical training, we have created a common learning platform which integrated with complete learning categories with training resources. It covers from professional skills, industrial engineering, management skill, general education and language skill. Each employee can take each course at anytime through this e-Learning and common learning platform.
		Skills Development Committee The committee will execute from top to bottom in all levels of professional skills training.
