In order to promote employee learning quality and technical training, we have
created a common learning platform which integrated with complete learning
categories with training resources. It covers from professional skills, industrial
engineering, management skill, general education and language skill. Each employee
can take each course at anytime through this e-Learning and common learning
platform.
Skills Development Committee
The committee will execute from top to bottom in all levels of professional skills
training. And based on each individual level to have periodic training courses and
committee seminars, which in return delivers the latest information of new
